The academy provides forex education, not investment advice, brokerage or guaranteed trading outcomes. You are responsible for your decisions.
Accounts and content licence
Keep account information accurate and credentials private. Access is personal, non-transferable and subject to the purchased course or membership terms. Do not share, copy for distribution, resell or commercially reuse content without written permission. Access may be suspended for misuse.
Payments and refunds
All displayed prices are in KES. Payment methods and charges are shown before purchase. REFUND POLICY PENDING: refund eligibility, timelines and procedures have not yet been supplied. Purchases remain unavailable until payment and commercial terms are configured.
VIP membership
The VIP group is an educational community, distinct from the free public channels. Paid access requires verified payment and an active membership, or an explicit admin grant. Duration and benefits are displayed before purchase once confirmed. Membership grants no promise of profits.
Certificates
Certificates confirm course completion only. They do not provide professional accreditation, licences or authority to offer financial advice.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the academy is not responsible for trading losses or decisions based on educational materials. Nothing excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Kenyan law.
