We collect your name, email, phone number, payment references, learning progress and any FP Markets account details you choose to provide. Never send us your broker password.
Purpose and storage
We use your information to operate accounts, manage reservations and course access, confirm payments, issue certificates and respond to enquiries. Access to account data is restricted; hosting and storage services process it on our behalf.
Service providers
Necessary details may be shared with payment, email and hosting providers to perform the service. We do not sell personal information. Provider identities and any international-transfer safeguards will be confirmed before the related service is activated.
Retention and your rights
We retain information only as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. The detailed retention schedule is pending legal review. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; records needed for legal obligations may be retained. We aim to comply with the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
